Check required for name

Is there a way for Outlook to check if a name is correct within the body of an email? My boss and Wife have similar names and a few times have mentioned my wife's name rather than my boss's name.  I'm looking to see if there is a way that if I type my wife's name it will ask me if it's correct like with spell check?
