Hi,
I'm adding a 123-reg email account to Outlook but can't change the Full Name in Personal Information. The section is greyed out.
I would like it to display my name rather than my email address when I email people.
I've updated it in 123's webmail and when i send an email from the online web portal it sends with my Name rather than email address but not from Outlook.
Is that possible?
any help appreciated!

for anyone else looking to solve the same issue i saw a workaround on another site.
delete the account and re-add it but don't check the box that says Sync With Microsoft Cloud.
