The "Check spelling" submenu (available from the message compose context menu), allows the selection of the proofing language, but only English appears as an option. There is also the "All your languages" option, but there doesn't seem to be a way to add more languages. How can that be done?
Another issue is that there is no "combined address book" that draws contacts from multiple accounts. In fact, if a contact is selected from a certain account and then the "From" account is changed, any existing "To" addresses are immediately cleared. This is an absolutely RIDICULOUS way to design a user interface -- Microsoft UI people get an "F" here. The only workaround I've found is to select the desired recipients from whatever account they are stored under, copy them, then switch the account to the one you want to send the message from and paste them on the "To" line. Ouff, does it get any more stupid than that?
In summary, this has the potential to be an excellent app, but Microsoft needs to hire GOOD UI designers and give them the resources to bring out a TRUE replacement for the original Outlook.
