Support Help Desk complaint

So my one drive account was frozen, I contact the support help desk online after 30 mins the operator stated they can't help me and will put me through to One Drive support, I explain that I upgraded my storage but my account was still frozen and he tells me no Human can unfreeze my account and I have to wait for it to unfreeze itself, after repeatedly asking to talk to a manager he just stops responding, it there anywhere I can lodge a complaint and get actually help with my one drive account.
