I am trying to figure out what seems to be a contradiction in Microsoft's documentation with regard to "Share to specific people". https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-onedrive-files-...
If you don't need to track access then you can use an anonymous link wherel the recipients don't need to register their account with Microsoft.
