Onedrive settings window stuck on the loading circle

Hi,

I'm having trouble accessing the OneDrive settings window in Windows 11. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including resetting, reinstalling, and deleting configuration files (located in the %localappdata% directory). Additionally, I ran an SFC /scannow command, but it didn't detect any errors.

The Settings window appears to be stuck, as shown in the attached image.

I will appreciate any help.

Thank you for the detailed information.

Here are a few more things you can try:

• Check your internet connection. OneDrive needs a stable internet connection to work properly. If you're having problems with your internet connection, try restarting your router and modem.
• Try running OneDrive in Safe Mode. This will help you determine if the problem is being caused by a third-party program or service. To start OneDrive in Safe Mode:

1. Restart your computer.
2. When you see the Windows startup screen, press and hold the F8 key.
3. From the Advanced Boot Options menu, select Safe Mode with Networking.
4. Press Enter.
5. Once your computer has booted into Safe Mode, open the OneDrive app.

If OneDrive opens and works properly in Safe Mode, then the problem is likely being caused by a third-party program or service. To troubleshoot this further, try disabling all of your non-essential startup programs and services.

• Repair your Windows installation. If you've tried all of the above and you're still having problems, you may need to repair your Windows installation. This can fix a variety of problems, including corrupted system files.

To repair your Windows installation:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Click on System.
3. Click on Recovery.
4. Under Reset this PC, click on Reset.
5. Select Keep my files.
6. Click on Reset.

This will repair your Windows installation without deleting your files.

Try this method

Close the onedrive program
Then, "Start" > "Setting"> "onedrive"

Then you can setting again temporary.

Where in the Setting have you found onedrive? I searched it all, don't have it.

one of them is Onedrive,

Just press it, then you can perform the setting
