Is there a way to permanently disable the OneDrive Personal app on MacOS?

The OneDrive app seems to include both Personal and ODFB sync extensions, but I don't have a personal account.  Every time I restart my computer, the Personal sync is in my face again asking me to login. 

Am I missing something?  My understanding is that there's only the one OneDrive app for MacOS, so it makes sense to sync both Personal and ODFB accounts. However, I can't figure out how to turn off the one I don't use/want.
