Once the time limit on deleted items is exceeded, no help restoring? Who to contact when Helpdesk isn't helping?
File folder "Pictures" deleted from One Drive to Recycle Bin - not able to restore as immediately says Error when trying to restore folder. I have lost 2 years of pictures and One Drive help desk continuously asks for permission to look into it, file name, location dates etc.
I've repeatedly given them - now folder is no longer in recycle bin. Who can I escalate this to, or get to have this restored. There must be a backup of this folder somewhere???
