I can't access my Onedrive files in web browser or sync my Desktop with the Onedrive

No change yet. The Support Team is trying to help but still waiting for success.
Andreas_Heine I have exactly the same issue. Having wiped my PC I can not recover any documents. I have tried all the fixes in previous threads.
