Can Group Policy be used to set the maximum percentage of download bandwidth that OneDrive.exe uses?

We understand that we can set the maximum percentage of upload bandwidth that OneDrive.exe uses via Group Policy, however we need in some circumstances to set the maximmum percentage of download bandwidth used as well. The below article does not include any options for limiting maximum percentage of download bandwidth, and just need to know if there's a way for this to be done.

The GPO for setting download bandwith is now included with the onedrive client.
