Hi
I am at a complete loss and hoping someone may be able to help.
I have 1 user (out of over 1000) who gets the "Sorry, OneDrive can't add your folder right now) error.
I have tried every solution I can find, including
but nothing has fixed the problem.
The only difference between this user and all the others, is that their original account was cloud only, then we changed it to AD sync. Not sure if this is the problem and if it is how to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated :)
