ONEDRIVE is empty, all files missing and cannot access subscriptions/plans

Hello, my one drive suddenly stopped syncing with my desktop. I visited the one drive online portal and my files are all gone. I did not receive any storage issues/warnings, I believe it has something to do directly with my account. Any suggestions?
