Office 365 does not provide a builtin feature to create Online Courses, but you have many services that can help here:
(1) Microsoft Stream to publish videos for your training courses
(2) Forms to create surveys

Thanks... is it possible to link series of videos for an user to go through video 1 to 2 automatically.
