Hi
Is it possible to save an email template within OWA without saving an email as a draft. I can find evidence that the functionality used to exist but I can't find the option in the latest versions?

SolutionHi @Alistair,
AFAIK, should be an add in. See article here

So go to Mail Options in OWA > General > Manage Add Ins > Add My Templates. Once added it should appear down the bottom right when you create a new message. Has an option to add a template there.
