As of yesterday, Outlook is not keeping the QR code in an Amazon return email when I forward it to my husband. It's blank where the QR code should be. Further examination revealed that the code was gone when it was in my Sent box in Outlook. The last time I successfully forwarded an email of this type was 9/24/20.
I went to my Optimum webmail and forwarded it with no problem from there, so it is an Outlook issue that developed in about the past 2 weeks.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you.
