Bridge to the Cloud 2 Promotion - client needs to move to new tenant

We have a client that is transitioning from Dynamics GP to D365 BC and is eligible for the Bridge to the Cloud 2 Promo.  We have an issue that they will be starting on one tenant and in several months, will need to transfer to a different tenant.  Since we aren't able to transfer licenses, we would have to cancel and repurchase on the new tenant. But since the promo is a 3 year term, we cannot cancel on the first tenant mid-term.  Is there any way for us to accomplish this, or would it be possible to get an exception granted?

    I certainly understand your scenario, but unfortunately, customer subscriptions in NCE cannot be transferred between partner/ tenants.  As a suggestion, it would be in the customer's best interest to enroll in the B2C2 Promo when they're on the final tenant. 

     

    Note: Situations with mergers/acquisitions should be submitted as a support request.
