Zoom invite links don't embed on new Exchange server
Hello everyone, my company recently migrated to an Exchange server and we now use Outlook on the web for our email and calendar. The problem is that Zoom invitations no longer have a hyperlink for the meeting, and I don't know why. The URL is there and can be copied and pasted, but the boss wants the clickable link back. Other types of URLs, etc. do create a hyperlink without issue. Can anyone advise me on how to resolve this? Thank you!

Since the community has not yet responded to your post, you might want to seek assistance with other resources that are staffed by authorized Microsoft agents:
- Ask your IT manager to open a support case or call Microsoft using the support line you were given. Other options for business subscription admins are listed here:

- Additional tech support is available at support.microsoft.com or Answers.microsoft.com, where authorized Microsoft agents are available to provide support until the issue is resolved.
