Yealink MP56 Teams Application version transfer issue - 1449/1.0.94.2022090705
Peter_Joseph we turned off the lightweight calling experience manually on both our MP56 devices, as the user experience was touch and go when transferring calls.
Has anyone reported this to Microsoft Support, as the user experience is just not good enough, every update brings a fix for one thing but seems to break something else. ?!
- mikeyjulMar 07, 2023Copper ContributorWe are also having issues resuming calls when trying to perform consult and transfer, this is with the latest Teams App version 1449/1.0.94.2023020602. Even with lightweight calling turned off. The software on theses phones really is terrible.

Vondam The only way to downgrade the Teams Version is to downgrade the Firmware on the phone. The firmware will need to be downloaded from Yealink directly. Login to the phone and complete the firmware downgrade. The phone should report in the Teams Console with the older Teams version, you could then choose to accept the Teams upgrade suggested for the firmware version you are current on or deffer.
- Peter_JosephFeb 22, 2023Brass ContributorI don't know if it is possible to downgrade Teams as I have never tried to. There seems to be no option to do it either through the Teams Admin Center or the phone itself.

I have the same problem with an MP58 phone.
The "resume" button becomes greyed out when I click on "Consult first" if the recipient does not respond.
This problem only occurs if the call is from a queue.
I have Teams version 1449/1.0.94.2022110803 on the Yealink.
Is it possible to downgrade the Teams version? If so do you have the link to download this old version? - Peter_JosephFeb 10, 2023Brass ContributorNot sure if this has been reported to Microsoft, but I would expect that it has been. I voted up some topic with them but I don't recall if it was this one at the moment. Unfortunately there are many issues. But I can say that I have experienced fixes to some of them so they are working on squashing bugs.
