What’s New in Microsoft Teams Feature Spotlight – Together Emojis

We’re discussing a new feature each week in Microsoft Teams and this week we’re looking at the new Together Emoji.

I start every work day with a 'Good Morning' message to my team and I always include 4 random emojis from the Teams emoji catalog. It's a fun way to start the day and I'm constantly discovering new ones I hadn't used in prior messages.

Now, Teams introduced Together Emojis, with the first one being high fives! 

Simply send a high five emoji in a Teams chat and when a chat participant responds with another high five emoji the two will meet in the middle and give each other high fives. It's really cool to see it in action.

What other types of Together Emojis would you like to see? Have you tried the high five yet? Which animated Teams emoji is your favorite?

I would love to see raining birthday cakes to celebrate birthdays on our team.  It would be great if we could use this in the channels.  @JohnSteckroth

Hi @JohnSteckroth , I have tried the high five emoji animation and really enjoyed it. I would like if there are some ways of visualizing consensus animation as well. I would imagine it working a little like this:

- if all unique people in a meeting do a thumbs up or the green checkmark it would result in a thumbs up party sort of thing

Another one i would just like to see would be dogs playing together.

Hello @JohnSteckroth  shout out from brazil!

Heer as you know we drink a lot of beer. So wit would be really nice to see a together emoji of cheers you know, like :beer_mug: + :beer_mug: =   :clinking_beer_mugs: or  :clinking_glasses:

@JohnSteckroth - what about like if three people laugh at a comment, like curtains and an emoji holding a mic pops up on the screen with hahas all around them
