webhook issue with MS Teams

Hi there,

I have been using a webhook between Atlassian JIRA and Microsoft Teams which was notifying me in a channel when a new ticket was created in jira, for example.

I followed these tutorials :

Everything was working fine until Oct 13th.

From this day onwards, it is broken and does not work anymore.

I have been in contact with Atlassian support and their analysis has been the following :

"The data that I am sending in above screenshot, is the exact data format that our system sends out to webhooks.

  • Please engage MS teams support on this for now so that with their help we can understand this further and if anything changed on webhook side as it was working earlier. I will be on stand by while you check with them. Once we have more information from MS we will be able to draft our further action plan. "

I tried different things to overcome this issue like :

  • create a new webhook within Teams

  • create a new specific channel in Teams

  • generate a new webhook (however it always generates the same id )

Following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/webhooks-and-connectors/how-to/connectors-using?tabs=cURL#send-messages-using-curl-and-powershell, I could until yesterday send a message to the webhook, but now this is the error message I received :

Webhook message delivery failed with error: Microsoft Teams endpoint returned HTTP error 404 with ContextId tcid=0,server=msgapi-production-cse-azsc7-1-25,cv=/dbEmN3BX026IXMbZs4DKA.001=2..

If necessary, I could share the webhook.

Side note, I am using the new Teams

Thanks for your time and support
