I have conducted interviews over Microsoft Teams for my thesis primary research. The ones I have recorded myself I can see in the chat function fine and are able to watch them back. However, the two meetings where the interviewee recorded them as they set up the meeting and were the organiser I am unable to view the recording? The video link comes up in the chat function but when I click on it to watch it says "That video couldn't be found. The content may have been removed."
I need to be able to play back the videos to transcribe them for my thesis and cannot ask the interviewees to give up more of their time. Please help!
