Using teams for Customer Support - how to mark as read when you have multiple people in a team

We are using teams to support customer. However if a customer posts a question and one of the members of the team opens and responds it still shows as an un read message for the rest of the team. How can I have teams remove the unread badge from the other team members to let them know it has been taken care of?
