Unable to switch organisations

I'm the Owner of a Team with 130 Members/Guests.

Some guests are only able to access the site via the web app, using incognito/private mode, as my organisation doesn't show up on their Teams app.

It's only an issue for some guests, but seems to affect users in Indonesia or Malaysia more than others.

Is there any way to get my organisation to show up in their Teams app?
