Unable to delete PowerApp from Team

I've been testing the premade PowerApps for Teams, specifically issue reporting.


I also followed the documentation from Microsoft on how to remove the Planner integration.



Now I want to restore it to it's original code, the only way for me is to re-install the whole thing, since my coding skills for PowerApps are quite limited. 


For this, I open Power Apps in Teams and navigate to the Team in question. Under installed apps, I click the three dots next of Issue Reporting and select delete. Then I get the prompt to confirm that I want to delete, so far so good.


After confirmation however, the "delete" button changes to "try again" and nothing happens.


Since we're quite new to O365 in our company, our Admins were also not able to help.


Is someone familiar with this issue and has a fix for this?
