tool for giving students a random assignment from the database?
I have a database of assignments and I would like to give each student a different one, randomly assigned. Is there a tool which could be integrated into Teams that would help me do that?

Yes, you can make use of Microsoft forms to randomly assign assignments to students and integrate with Microsoft Teams.
Since you have a database of question you may need to enable shuffle option under question settings.
