The feature "Ring back if there's no answer" is not working in Teams.

If I transfer a call in Teams to internal user, turn on the option "Ring back if there's no answer" and if the recipient doesn't answer, the call back is not returned to me. It just is ringing continuously. If the other person takes the call it is working. Waiting time is set to 30 seconds.

    We have the same issue with one customer. The option ring back is only available on a desktop client. We are using AudioCodes. Other tenants seem to be working.
    Calling from mobile external number, transferring to internal Teams phone which does not pick up. Then take back call which gets nothing/call disconnected.

    The user to which we try to transfer to does not have specific settings and we tried multiple users. Next step would be a trace. What is also weird, we do not hear a transfer tone.

    Can you please check if the issue is happening with only one user when you are making the transfer or the issue is happening with multiple users when you are making the transfer? It could be a possibility that the user from which you are not getting the ring back while transferring the call is forwarding the call further on Cell Phone or Call Group which will not allow the call to return.

    Can you test the Call Transfer with different user can check if you are able to reproduce the issue?
