Teams Shifts - Staff shortage?

Hello, i am just trying the Shifts app. Is there a way to "easily" identify if there is a shortage of staff ?

 

for my purpose  i have 100 staff and  i need to make sure i have 15 drivers , 10 loaders , 6 security and 22 sorters on duty at all times. we operate 24hrs .

i have put them all into groups and they all can work  flexible hours but majority work a mix of 6 and 12 hour shifts.

the problem is i cant see if we have enough staff on duty say between 0900 and 1000 without physically counting them on the screen !

Have i missed something obvious on the app?

 

any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

    MDV21 Wow. cool sounds like a great amount of use.

     

    Did you try changing the view option at the top right to Shift, it's a little hidden but I think might well answer your question ...

      StevenC365Steven thank you, thats a great help. 

      i have now found that if i go into DAY view there is an alarm clock icon that will show me exactly how many guys are on shift in 30 min "sections"

      Saves alot of scrolling up and down and counting : )
