After logging into Teams through Chrome on MacOS Big Sur, the loading screen takes a while and then produces the error attached. The URL it redirects me to is as follows...

I know this is a duplication of a similar issue, but they managed to get theirs resolved, whereas I haven't after following the same troubleshooting steps (clearing cache etc...)
I have live chatted with several Microsoft agents about this issue but they just said it was a "backend issue" which they'd send me an email update about when it was fixed, but several weeks have lapsed now and I'm beginning to think they were just giving me the runarounds.
