Teams no longer getting popup call with only 1 laptop monitor, not using RDP

Since installation of new laptop HDD, Teams no longer pops up call notifications and cannot click to accept. Only my iPhone is getting the call notification and can only accept on the phone. I don't see any settings that may have disallowed calls or the notifications?? I'm not using any other monitors or RDP as with previous bug discussions. So, the window is not hidden - it only shows the missed call in the call history.

      Sometimes this magic happens in Teams ^-^. Being serious, I guess a temporary issue with the service or the client was causing this problem for you
