Teams Mobile App - Incoming Calls Forwarding to Voicemail on iphone

Copper Contributor

We have 32 franchise owners that have the Teams App on their phones.  Most have no problem with the video calls coming through to them.  We have some that have issues with the calls forwarding to their voicemail.  Their status is available and did check the notifications to include to notify at all times, not just when desktop is unavailable.  Some of our franchise owners will use their smart phones rather than their desktops.  Advise please.

Do you mean that they get no notifications at all for calls , chat etc or just video calls!

Initially check that notifications are enabled in the phone settings - Teams

@adam deltinger   The calls are forwarding to his voicemail.  He can chat.  He did go into his settings and checked his notifications.  Everything seems okay.

I have 4, all iphone. video and voice calls forward to voicemail.
Checked the voicemail settings in the web / desktop app?
he has no desktop app. He works primarily from his iphone.
Go to teams.microsoft.com - log in with user and check settings voicemail
thank you! I will try this.
Great! Let me know how it works out
Users can also check their Call Forwarding settings from within the mobile app. It’s under Settings > Calling.
Same problem here, thank you for the tip!

Seems silly that a new installation of Teams would default to on for Call Forwarding.
