Do you mean that they get no notifications at all for calls , chat etc or just video calls!

adam deltinger The calls are forwarding to his voicemail. He can chat. He did go into his settings and checked his notifications. Everything seems okay.
- I have 4, all iphone. video and voice calls forward to voicemail.
