Teams login issue
elsdio8709 Hello, are you using several accounts with Teams? Does it work in Teams on the web? The message you receive says the external user account doesn't exist in the tenant "Elena" so cannot access the application and needs to be added.
Sign in to teams.microsoft.com with your admin account (used when creating the Teams free org) using an InPrivate window and take it from there.
I only signed up to Teams with one gmail account but I'm not sure if I already had my hotmail/outlook account connected automatically.
The same thing happens with the web version.
elsdio8709 You still get the same message using an InPrivate window? I'm having trouble understanding this, could they be linked? How's the account info look like in Outlook.com/Hotmail.com for example? Do you need the current Teams free org? Would it be an alternative to delete it and set up a new one with a different account?
