VasilMichev Exactly. Conditional access policy is configured in your tenant. The user's account needs to be excluded from the restricted list/group in Azure Admin Portal in Office 365 admin portal.
VasilMichev I've checked the same in Conditional access policy, there is no such policy is applied to the user. Do you have any other suggetion
