1003 = Transfer successful?

1007 = Call park?

1008 = Call park?

1009 = Call Park Failed?

1011 = ?

Call Types

0 = One-to-one call?

? = One-to-one PSTN call?

12 = Consultative transfer?

Termination Reasons

1 = Local user initiated

3 = ?

10 = Declined

12 = Cancelled/rejected

32 = ?

48 = ?

50 = ?

51 = ?

Park Context

4 = ?

Any information that can further flesh this list out will be appreciated.
