Teams Channel Notifications not working in Android

- So after discussing this with my team, it appears that only my Pixel 7 is having issues. So looking into this.

- I'm having similar issues but with Pixel 6 Pro.
Running Android 13 with Company Portal.
I receive some channel notifications, and no 1:1 chat or group chats notifications.
Ensured that all the notificaitons settings are correct.
Seems like this started happening after Nov-Dec 2022 Patch..
