Teams Calling Emergency Address Configuration for Remote Staff

Hi All,&nbsp;Are there any guidelines for setting the emergency address for customers using Teams calling (phone system + domestic calling plan) who have a majority remote work force that do not report to an office? Is it recommended to input each employees home address as an emergency address? Or do we choose a centralized business address as the address?&nbsp;Thanks,Dave

Hi David Przywara&nbsp;&nbsp;If most of the workers are working from Home it makes sense to put the emergency address for their home rather than corporate office.
