i have setup call queue and added agents. All agents setup call forwarding that if they do not able to answer the call routed to main number. This is working perfectly when they do forwarding based on number but they are not able to forward on main queue sip address. When they try to search the queue name it does not show anything.
Question- is this not possible to forward call based on call queue
That is currently the way to do it, but even if you use the phone number the call will not be routed outside of Teams. Teams services will recognize the number and route the call internally in the Teams servers.
