teams calendar missing
Hi fellow,
I am having trouble getting calendar to show up for some accounts. The user mailbox is on Exchange 2019. I've tried to move myself to the exact mailbox database, my Teams calendar is showing with no problem. EWS was enabled for all mailboxes
When the problematic user account was use to ran "Teams Calendar Tab" in Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer, it failed with "Verify if the user's mailbox is discoverable by the Teams service." (as attached) .My account was fine.

I often this error when the external customer's firewall isn't configured correctly, and Microsoft Teams can't access your OnPrem Exchange EWS directories.
If you have a large Exchange Org with several Exchange Servers in different regions, also check the internal network communication.
