Teams and NA account

I have a really strange thing happen with my teams account. So I had a teams account that’s been working fine for a year or so. I then forgot the password and did what I thought was a password re-set but somehow I created a second account in my hotmail name. It shows up on teams as N.A and has basically replaced my personal teams account. When I log in now it takes me to this NA account and I cannot view any more my normal personal account! It’s so bizarre and I cannot figure out how to delete this new NA account. I’ve google searched it and there’s nothing on there about NA accounts. I can only think it stands for not applicable. But it’s very bizarre if anyone has come across this or thinks they can help I’d be so grateful! Thanks in advance
