'Switching between organizations' should be removed
I am working in an academic institution. I have several classes outside each year and research groups with outside colleagues on different topics. Now I am about to move from G Classroom to Teams and bring those research groups here, which is not easy at all!
My opinion is that, when I join their team, the facilities (drive space, available apps, or shared data) and admin should be on their Office subscriptions. Just put a little note that 'This team is organized by CompanyA'. Easy as that!
All the teams I joined should be listed in one page. No need to switch into others' orgs to see their teams because it is confusing. It is also difficult to talk to people outside or have a collaboration with them.
Please stop the confusion.

There is an uservoice asking for the ability to see all Teams without having to switch organisation and Microsoft wrote there that they are working on it.
What do you think is difficult with talking to people outside? It should just be to start a new chat and type the email address of the external contact, then you should be able to chat with them or make a call (if their organisation allows it).

Wow the suggestion was raised in Jan 2017, and MS was working on it just since Dec 2019. We might need to wait a couple years or so.
