I had seen this and tried all of these with no luck.
-I don't have any email links to follow
- With incognito browsing I get this message 'To open the web app, you need to change your browser settings to allow third-party cookies.' and can't log in at all
Any other suggestions?

AZT123 OK, I assume you're using a work computer with policies. No luck changing those settings? Is it possible to try the procedure using a different browser or a another device?
ChristianBergstrom Thanks for the suggestion - I downloaded the app to my phone and logging in on my phone worked with no problem. Just got to find a way to use it on the computer - I'll see if I can download some different web browsers. Thanks.
