I have a single user that is not able to see any contacts as actual people. Every contact is showing as "Unknown User". The contacts are active entities (They have not been deleted) and they can see him as an actual user. I have deleted the cache on the effected laptop, however this was just to satisfy checks in the box. The same issue is presenting on his laptop and his tablet, so this points to an account issue. Anyone out there have any experience with this problem and how did you resolve the issue? I do have screenshots if people really need to see things like "Unknown User has added Name Redacted to the team." and "Unknown User has made Name Redacted a team owner."
