Sharing screen in MS Meeting

Copper Contributor

Hi, I have tried sharing screen of my documents. However, it seems apple user cannot view my share documents. Is it because of special access not granted to them? Can some one advise me as I have no issue with other users using other brand of laptops. Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

Can you please check if you share the complete screen/desktop are the apple users able to view the documents?
Is it one or two apple users facing the issue or are they more users?
Are the Apple Users in the same office network? Can they try to use a different network and check?
If any other Teams Windows users shares the documents with the same Apple users are they able to see the documents?

Seems to be more from network configuration access to the users. It works seamlessly in our case.

@RealTime_M365  hi,  I managed to resolved it today. Apparently I need to share window or folders so that they can see it. However, if I select the document and shared as " excel live", they are unable to see the document when the clause was stated, the people would be able to see the documents even I use  "live".
