Set up teams shift so email address can be extracted

Wanting to know if it is possible to set up Teams Shifts so email addresses can be extracted when exporting schedules as per this article:   https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/32438/how-to-export-from-shift-teams-the-member-e...

Can anyone advise on this and if it will be possible to implement?
