Real Call Pickup

Traditional PBX systems and even Skype for Business On-Premises, with additional software, offer a robust Call Pickup feature. It would be beneficial to have this functionality integrated into Microsoft Teams as well. I am aware that you can create your own call group and then forward calls, but the ideal scenario is being able to pick up a colleague's ringing phone without requiring them to configure it for you. This feature is particularly valuable in open-plan offices and is frequently inquired about by customers regarding its compatibility with Microsoft Teams.

 

Does anyone know of a third-party tool for Microsoft Teams that provides this feature or if it's possibly on Microsoft Teams roadmap?

    Hi,

    I don't see anything on the roadmap for the same. But I know this feature can be configured by End Users in their own profile for Call Group. I am not aware about any Third Party Tool for the same.
