A tutor has been creating quiz assignments, with no issues for the last few weeks but, this week, after creating something pretty much identical to previous ones, he's gets the following message.
I've googled the error but can't find anything relevant. I've also duplicated the quiz and instructions and put them into an assignment in another team and it works fine. The only difference I can see between the two teams is there were 6 students in my team and 250+ in the other one....but I don't think this should make a difference seeing as he'd uploaded similar stuff in the past.
If anyone's got any bright ideas, I'd love to hear them!
