Question regarding the list for participant in Teams meeting.
I have 2 questions for the list for participant in Teams meeting.
- Can I hide a the participant list during meeting?
When meeting with an unspecified number of outside customers or vendors, There is a case, The presenter want to hide each other's participant information. Is it possible to restrict participants from viewing the participant list? - Can I export the list for participant?
It is another case, a presenter want to check the participation status when training is performed by remote work.
Is there a way to export participant information? Participant name, entry time, leaving time.
I found the below topic. But this future doesn't seem to be implemented yet

As the other user mentioned, your best bet might be a live event. In a live event, though, the modality is one to many so you lose some of the interactive nature of a live meeting. As for participant list, they are deploying the meeting attendee as you alluded to. You do have those options available today on a live meeting. The producer can access it from the meeting they scheduled or a teams admin or global admin can go to the teams admin portal and find the info under reports and analytics.
- 1. No you cannot in meetings. If you do a Live Event then you can.
2. Soon but not yet GA. I think in the next month or so we'll have the ability to export the meeting list of attendee's etc.- SokichiCopper Contributor
ChrisWebbTech bipinprakash Thank you for your reply. I will confirm it on live event. And I'm looking forward to implementation this new future.
The important thing is that the general user who is hosting the conference can easily refer to it, not the IT administrator. I think only a limited number of people can access the admin console.
- Long as it's enabled, it's fairly self service without IT so should be good once you learn how it works.
