Ich bitte darum mir mittzuteilen wie ich Teams verwenden kann wenn mir gesagt wird das "Jemand hat bereits Teams für Ihre Organisation eingerichtet"

Sie erhalten eine E-Mail mit der sie dann Teams verwenden können.

Da ich aber diese nicht erhalte kann ich sozusagen nicht weiter kommen

If not applicable it could be that someone has signed up for a self-service subscription and then you can do this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/misc/become-the-admin?view=o365-worldwide
