Pin and Fit To Frame not showing on Desktop App

The options talked about in this https://support.office.com/en-us/article/adjust-your-view-in-a-teams-meeting-9825091c-0e7d-4c2b-95f5-eba644f19175 do not show to me in my desktop app when I right click on the video during a video chat. They show however in my Samsung phone when I press and hold on the video. What am I doing wrong?
