When creating a mtg invite in outlook, I cannot create MS Teams invite (with the link). The outlook support team is stumped and says it's not an outlook issue. Here's the msg I get:
"Sorry, you need to sign of Teams and sign in again before you can schedule your meeting. ...."
I've signed in and out both on my own and during screen share support by outlook tech. Still no success. Also have removed and reinstalled with the outlook tech screen sharing.
any help is much appreciated

@SeanK1650 Hi, first of all. What subscription do you use? Business, Enterprise or perhaps Teams free?
With the latter the Outlook Teams add-in won't work I'm afraid.
If you do have the prerequisites, make sure that you are signed in with your primary account. In Windows, in the Outlook client and in Teams desktop client.
